SOCIAL DISTANCING:
Appointments in the studio are booked in a timely manner so that the waiting area is in keeping with social distancing measurements. We have implemented screens and sneeze guards for close contact treatments.
 

PPE:
Unless exempted, customers will be required to wear a face covering at all times. If you do not have a face covering you can purchase a mask from us for an additional £1. Hand sanitiser is available at reception and nail stations for before and after your treatments. Staff will be wearing a mask and one-time use gloves during treatments.

CLEAN AND SANITISED:
One of our missions at the studio is to ensure we maintain a safe and healthy atmosphere for our clients. The studio is cleaned on a daily basis and all nail stations and nail tools are cleaned in between each client with medical-grade disinfectant. All high-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day, items include but not limited to: door handles, stair railings, bathroom surfaces, reception desk, payment terminal.

BEVERAGES:
Unfortunately we can not serve hot and cold drinks at the moment but you are welcome to bring your on drink for the appointment.

CONTACTLESS:
We have put a holt on cash payments for the time being, please be prepared to pay buy card or contactless payment.

 

SYMPTOMS:
If you are feeling ill or suspect to have been in contact with someone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please let us know immediately to reschedule your appointment and to avoid loosing your deposit. Likewise if our staff are feeling unwell they are advised to stay home.
