Refund policy: Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. If you have ordered online an order number must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at ciao@hardasnailsstudio.com and we'll help you place the return.
